Wednesday, September 19th, 2012

I’m very pleased to announce that I have 3 highly commended images in this year’s BWPA awards with a fourth image selected for the book. The 3 high commended images were all in the habitat category; curlews in flight over stormy sea, canada geese family and heron perched under waterfall. The whooper swan in snowfall was selected for the book.

I’ve just updated my talk ‘Moments in Nature’ and will be presenting at the following venues:

Nottingham & Notts Photographic Society – 4th September 2012

Chapel Camera Club – 5th September 2012

Leek Photographic Society – 13th September 2012

I will be showing around 70 images, telling the stories behind the pictures and also going through some of the photographic techniques that I use regularly in my work.

The talk lasts around 1 hour 30 mins. Hope to see some of you there!
